1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plume, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Plume on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Plume.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login method, devices, and access to your workspace.

3. The Service

Plume provides tools for job search workflows, application materials, interview preparation, notifications, and related career operations.

We may add, remove, refine, or redesign features over time, including paid features, automation, credits, and account capabilities.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Plume in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful to others, or harmful to the platform.

  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls.
  • Do not use the service to send spam, malware, fraudulent content, or materials that violate intellectual property, privacy, or employment laws.
  • Do not misuse automated features, scraping flows, or shared infrastructure in a way that degrades the service for others.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in Plume.

You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, reproduce, transform, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate to use, and that you have permission to submit it for processing.

6. AI-Assisted Outputs

Plume may generate suggestions, summaries, edits, analysis, and other AI-assisted outputs. These outputs are provided for convenience and support, not as guaranteed professional advice or guaranteed hiring results.

You are responsible for reviewing final materials before sending, publishing, relying on, or acting on them. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular situation.

7. Billing, Credits, and Paid Features

Some features may require paid plans, credits, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. If you buy a paid feature, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and usage conditions shown in the product at the time of purchase.

We may change pricing, packaging, and included limits from time to time. Material changes generally apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

Except where required by law or stated in the product, payments are non-refundable once processed.

8. Third-Party Services

Plume may rely on third-party identity, infrastructure, payment, communication, and data-processing services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party products, websites, or services that we do not control, even if Plume links to them or works with them.

9. Availability, Suspension, and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, address security concerns, or enforce these Terms.

You may stop using Plume at any time. Some obligations, including payment obligations and sections that are intended to survive termination, will continue after your use ends.

10. Disclaimers and Limits

Plume is provided on an as available and as is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed outcomes, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plume and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date and provide notice through the product or account communications.

Your continued use of Plume after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
